How do I know during the month if I go over the message count or are nearing the storage limitation?
I am not receiving messages from JotForm and am trying to determine why

You should receive an email from us once you reach about 80% of the quota, and another one if you reach the limit. We do not block forms immediately so you will have some time for upgrade.
