Forms I created cannot be opened, they are disabled

Hi,

The 2 form i created cannot be open. When I copy the link it say : "Form not found. This form is disabled."

Can you help me ?

Also, can you tell me the reason why they've been disabled ? I'm building it to use it at work, but if it turns off by itself it might cause some problems.
