How can i fix my payment options

I am not sure how the payment options is working. i added my paypal link but when we test it it says my paypal email is not set up. I am not sure how to have customers pay us. 

The form you provided belongs to a guest account, this does not allow us to check the form settings so to better assist you I would suggest you to create an account using the same email address as your guest account "t******g@gmail.com".
