    Email Notifications: Set up forms to be received by more than one user.

    Hi, I am currently the only one receiving any of the forms that we have setup with Jotforms via email.  Per Jotform, it shows 2 users and that they both have full access to all forms, etc.  Please advise what we need to do to make sure that we both receive all forms that come in.  Right now, I only see my email address (tonya@torwellness.org) as the address listed when I go to the Accounts menu, but again, I see both addresses for the form menu.


    I need all forms to go to tonya@torwellness.org and pastor@torwm.org

    I have checked the email addresses you provided and did not find them in our bounce list which means they are receiving emails from JotForm, the email history for both shows indeed that emails are being sent without any problem. 

    Now, I have quickly checked one of your forms and found only one email recipient, please follow this guide in order to send the notifications to more than one email address: https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients 

    To properly test the notification you need to send your form, using the test email button will send the email to one email address only, the one set up in your account.

    Thank you, I was able to change the email notifications on each form.
    I noticed that some forms had a autoresponder email button as well. Please explain what is autoresponder.
