Creation of unique URL for saving information on form

    Hello,

    I am creating a long application and would like the applicant to have an option for saving their progress and revisiting at a later date. Previously, we created a "username" system and were given the link below as a way for users to general their own unique URLs to revisit their progress after they had closed out a window. The URL template is: https://form.jotform.com/70474438908970?session={email4}&name={name}&email={email4}

    I just tried testing this on my computer and noticed that the URL does not appear as it used to before the jotform upgrade. I have tried testing the unique URL on a different computer and it did not load my information as it did before.

    I noticed that there is an autosave/autofill option on the forms now. I tried it on my computer and it worked fine but it did not work on my colleagues computer. Is there a more definite way an applicant can save their progress while they are working on their form so that they can revisit at a later date?

    Thank you for your time.

    Helen

    The link you currently have contains only the variables, but without any data in them, if you try testing the link  https://form.jotform.com/70474438908970?session={email4}&name={name}&email={email4} will not work and it needs to have the variables filled out to  work.

    I have submitted your first form https://form.jotform.com/50634533331952 and got the link with the pre-filled data and the session variable filled  out with my submitted info.

    You can try this link which works properly saving the data: https://form.jotform.com/70474438908970?session=kevin@jotform.com&name=JotForm&email=kevin@jotform.com

    This save and continue later feature works even if you open the custom link in different devices or web browsers.

    The continue forms later feature will work only if you open the form in the same browser and computer, if you clear the browser's storage the info entered will be also cleared.

    Could you please try testing your form following the same process?

    Submit the first form https://form.jotform.com/50634533331952 and then continue with the second one provided in the thank you page with the pre-filled data.

    Do let us know how it goes.
