    One of the field is not sent on email

    In my form 'REGISTER 3970' I have added a new short-text-entry element 'CONVERT YOUR TRIAL MEMBERSHIP TO FULL MEMBERSHIP' but this element is not displayed and the data is not processed in the form's output.

    You have made modification in your email notification that's why newly added fields are not automatically added to your email template.

    I have manually added it for you, you should see this field on emails now.
