    Hi

We got an error message earlier today saying the API was suspended having exceeded 10,000 hits.  I don't believe we should be anywhere near this however I can't see any reporting to tell what the average useage is.

Can you tell me which source generated all the calls and what the average volume is?

I believe we only have Zapier using the API, so I'll raise a support call with them too to see if something cause a spike in volume.

These are live, business impacting forms, so keen to not have this happen again tomorrow.

Many thanks for the support. We love this service & use it for all our internal & external facing forms.

    Hi Stuart,

Please refer to our user guide on Daily-API-Call-Limits . This should help you understand where to review your API call usage.

Let us know if the API limit still haven't reset and we will do it manually on your account.

    Thanks.
