Form isn't mobile friendly. It used to be. What happened?

When I created this form I used a widget from the widget library so that it was responsive. I don't remember the name of the widget, Mobile Friendly or Responsive Design, something like that. Anyway, it's not there anymore. I can't find it in the widget library. I noticed there is a checkbox in the Advanced Layout Designer for Responsive Design, but the form is not responsive. On a mobile device, there are fields that aren't visible. I just got a phone call from a user who wasn't able to complete the form, because she couldn't see some of the fields.

What's the deal? Where did the mobile friendly widget go? Bring it back! In the meantime, how can I make this form mobile friendly?

The Mobile Responsive Widget is not needed in the v4 builder because the forms should already be responsive. However, I understand that you want to add the Mobile Responsive Widget back to your form. I cloned your form and it looks like you have already added this widget to your form.

Are you still encountering any issues with the responsiveness of your form? If you would like to also add the Mobile Responsive Widget to your other forms, you can visit this link: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/mobile_responsive, then click the Get Now button to add it to your form.

    Regards.
