My form is displaying 'Please run the wizard' text at the bottom

I am designing my form and when i look at the publish link it constantly says 'Please Run The Wizard' at the bottom.  Can you help me resolve this?

I have checked your JotForm and see that there is an empty field (probably a widget added but not configured) after the Submit button which is causing the issue.

I have removed it from the form and the form is displayed correctly now. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.
