Updated whitelist to include domains but still not receiving forms.

The email address email@example.com is in our bounce list. That's why you're not getting any notifications.
I have now removed the email from our bounce list. Please check this guide to learn more on: Why-I-am-not-Receiving-Email-Notifications. Also, please check your spam folder and if you see JotForm mails, mark it as not spam.
