some of the conditional logic on my form seems to be not working correctly. If they select the Estimate Revisions from the drop down menu then nothing is being hidden like it should. Also, I could not get the multiple hide option to ever work.

    Thanks

I have tested your form and when I selected Estimate Revisions from the drop down menu only field Company Name is shown. Other fields from Company Contact Information section of the form are hidden.

Were you able to resolve your issue?

I have also cloned your form and I have inspected conditions that you have set. Your second condition is working properly, but your first condition is not configured correctly. You did not selected field value.

Inside of this guide you can find how to hide or show multiple fields at once:

If your form is still not working, like you wanted, please provide us more details about how would you like your conditions to work. Which fields should be hidden when Estimate Revisions option is selected?
