Hi guys! :-)
Everyone in the office here loves JotForm and we're really excited about using the program more. I've just jumped on and all of my design stuff, background, header image, etc has disappeared from a couple of my forms. I can't get them back for some reason. Do you know what's happened here? Is it a glitch?

Thank you so much and we are glad to know that you are all excited on using Jotform. As we would like to make sure you are also not experiencing any inconvenience with the program, we apologize if you are currently having issues with the Form Designer.
There are some areas that we can consider as to why the previous designs applied to your form disappeared.
May we know how did you first found out that the designs are gone? Did you make any recent changes to the form's design which might cause previous designs to disappear?
Did you apply themes from our Themes Store to your form(s)?
You can try to revert back to your form's previous version using its Revision History Tool.
However, we would like to know if there something you're trying to do with your form(s) but it's making previous designs to break.
Please let us know the following:
1. What is happening right now?
2. What is not happening?
3. What should be or should not be happening?
It would also help if you provide us the form(s) you are having issues with.

Hi there! :-)
I just opened up 'Edit Form' and all my design had disappeared but when I open designer it says it's still there. I didn't make any changes or apply any themes.
This form is missing it's header image and the background has become repeated instead of centered like it was before. https://www.jotform.com/build/70387829332867
And this one still has it's header image but the background is repeated as well. https://www.jotform.com/build/63398342351862

It is possible when you opened the form in the new builder page the default theme settings was reapplied to your form.
I have fixed the issue of the background image being repeated on both forms.
My suggestion would be is to try to re-apply your preferred style on your form. And if you need any further assistance doing so, please let us know and we will be glad to assist you.
