i sent this to a student- i received payment via Paypal, she said it was really easy to use but i received no information from the form. Is that because i was a guest?
Can this please be moved to my new account?

I did check your form #70512135789863 and found that it is associated with a guest account. This type of accounts are created if you do not sign up / sign in to your JotForm account and start building forms.
Since you have a guest account, I could not check the notifier of your form to check why the submission emails was not sent. I would suggest you to please sign up for a free account and get back to us with your username, we will transfer the form to your new account.
