Can the clients e-sign on the form and upload documents?

I saw a brief video of jotform in action but it was only a simple contact me form. I want to know if jotform can do more than just that.

Hi again Jesse, yes, you can add a Signature Widget to your form to allow your users sign them. There are plenty of options to choose from so I'll just list the most commonly used by others:

    1. https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/smooth_signature

    2. https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/signature

    3. https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/docusign

    4. https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/adobe_dc_esign_services

And in case you have a followup question about its validity, I recommend you read the article I'm linking below. Here's a snippet:

    Legally Binding

E-signatures are legally binding on almost all countries and states, but we still recommend consulting with your lawyer.

JotForm records the IP address and time of the signature made so that also provides additional confirmation about the signer of the document.
