How can I translate my form to Spanish? (without multilanguage form)

Hello

I'd like to translate the form to a unique language. I can change the label of the form, but How can I translate the help text like 'First Name, Second Name, 'Please select' from the list of countries?

I don't want to add multiple languages since my website is only in Spanish.

Hello Oriol,

I'm assuming that you're referring to Address field. You can simply double-click the sub-label of each field and change to whatever you need:

Regarding the "Please Select", I wasn't able to do that in the form directly, that would require changing in the form's source code. So probably a better way would be to disable that field:

And add your own dropdown field which you can adjust as you wish:
