Why autoresponder email fields are different to the Notification?

    Dear Sir Or Madam,

     

    I have created this form below. Everything works fine for the time being. The only problem i am facing is that the email content send to the recipient is different to mine.

     

    Is there any adjustment that should be made?

    You can edit the email content of the Autoresponder in the Emails wizard. In Form Builder V4, click the "Settings" menu and then go to the "Emails" section. Hover the Autoresponder and then click the "Edit" button.
