Why incorrect text is appearing in a Submissions?

We have received three submissions, with one field (the same in all submissions) for which the person did not fill out, and the answer is appearing in it also that they did not write. It's an order for the book for

The Submissions answers say Ontario (the latest two, ID 363432035052496736, 363166491596351155). One earlier on also had ALBERTA. If they had been ordering it, it would be a number, not a province, so that doesn't make sense. And we know they are not ordering this book, the field is just appearing for no reason with the province text answer in their submission.

I have changed the field text to Numeric value, to see if it will happen again (with another field perhaps).

If you can please explain why this is happening?

I checked both submissions and I'm not sure why that would happen other than that is typed in the field by the user. 

Since, when I edited the form I saw that word typed in:

So it is good that you enabled numeric validation for that field, I would advise you to enable that for all qty fields.
