We don't have an intranet to allow the link to be posted how can I set the form up so that folks can easily click a link or button and submit a form?

You can share the form's direct link. In this way, once they click the link, the browser will open with the stand alone form. Here's a guide on how to get the direct link:

In Form Builder V4, click the "Publish" button in the top menu. Go to the "Quick Share" section and you'll see the direct link. You can copy it and share it to your users.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

Thank you for that answer but it does not address my need.  I know I can send the link directly but what I want to do is have the form available for anyone in the city to use when they need it.  Is there as way to set up the forms page so that they can submit the form from here once logged in?

I am sorry that I am still unable to get your requirement correctly. Do you mean to provide the access to the forms from My forms page? If so, unfortunately, it is not possible to make the My forms page public since each JotForm account is required to login. Also, when the user logs into the account, they will be able to access the complete account with submissions, edit/delete the forms, change account settings, etc. If the form needs to be submitted by the user, it is recommended to share the Form URL as mentioned by our colleague in the earlier post.

Hope this information helps! Let us know if you are referring something different. We will be happy to assist.
