I click on the upgrade button, but a pop up that shows it is updating, never does anything. Please provide another way for me to upgrade my account.

I checked your account and it is currently showing as Bronze. You have an active 2 year subscription that has already been paid for. As far as your current usage, you should not need to upgrade further.
Are any of your forms currently showing as over limit? Let us know which one and we will be happy to have a look. There should be no need to any changes to your subscription at this time.
