Salesforce integration is not working

    I tried to integrate salesforce with jotform. It shows success but data does't populate in salesforce

    We are currently not having any issues with our SalesForce integration.

    I checked your integration on this form and I can see that you weren't able to authenticate to SalesForce.

    Please try to redo the integration with the help of this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/271-Flexible-Data-Integration-With-Salesforce.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your prompt reply. Is there any situation with integrtion using developer edition. Jot form shows integration success. Data is not stored in salesforce.

    I have just tested the Salesforce integration using a test Salesforce Developer's account and it worked well on my end.

    The issue might be related to mapped fields. You may try the integration on some simple form (e.g. map E-mail and Full Name fields only) to see if that makes any difference.
