For some reason as of Feb. 16, 2017 email@example.com is not receiving the emails when someone fills out the Wendy's BB Registration form on my account. I'm receiving them and i'm 3rd in line to get sent the email.
Since the upgrade is there a problem sending to hotmail accounts?Page URL:

I investigated the issue and identified that firstname.lastname@example.org was IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 SC-001 (SNT004-MC10F12)
I had removed it from the bounce list. You can remove it yourself by following the instructions provided at :
This usually happens when the messages are rejected by your email service provider. Our servers will try several times to deliver the messages for a given time-frame, but if the delivery constantly fails, it will mark it as "old", "rejected" or similar, and it will store your recipient email address in our bounce list.
