In version v4 I cannot view in mobile and the mobile responsive widget I have applied does not fit in Portrait view on iphone.

What is the form that is not fitting correctly on mobile portrait view?

Here is a link to the form. It appears too large in actual mobile view but, I have not figured a way to preview on mobil. I just have to keep sending it to myself.

I have tested your form and it is responsive on my end. Which device are you using? Can you please tell us which part of your form is not responsive and if possible provide us a screenshot. 

You can preview your form inside of Form Designer. You need to open advance designer and then click on preview option.
