My form is not saving for some of the users

    I have tried unsuccessfully to ensure our online application does not get lost when our applicants are in process of filling out the form. it is set up to be saved online and allow our guys to return to the online form and work on the information. I have the majoring of our people that can do it all successfully. about 25 % of them guys return to the link and the information is gone. I have done what has been suggested to make sure the info is saved but our people keep returning to the form and find it blank.

     

    ARGHHHHHH. what can I do to get this taken care of? Can I hire someone to take a look at what might be happening?

    I see that you are using the autofill (continue forms later) feature in the form preferences.

    Take note that this feature does not work the same way as the session method. With autofill, the user needs to use the same browser to continue to the saved form. Also, the browser must support locals storage in order for the autofill feature to function properly.

    If you want the saving feature to work without browser specific limit, use the session method http://www.jotform.com/features/save-and-continue/
