Why am I receiving form not found error?

    Form not found
    This form is disabled.
     
    I am receiving this error even though my form is enabled. Can you help me learn what is my issue?

    Your account has been suspended due to phishing suspicious; however, I have checked your forms and I can see they are clear so I have reactivated your account now, your forms should be working now. 

    I would suggest you to also take a look to our terms so you know what you cannot ask in your forms and avoid getting suspended because of this.
