Images uploaded on email notification are not shown on actual email

    Today, the images in the E-mails in this form suddenly stopped working. nothing has been changed other than deleting and reinstalling a unique ID counter and putting a reference to the new counter in the E-mail. The images in both the auto responder and the notifier have stopped appearing. They were both working fine a few days ago. All of the images appear just fine in the editor but they are not going with the E-mail. I have opened the email on several different devices tablet, pc and phone and I have enabled remote content or show images and the graphics do not appear. I provided a screenshot of the email as it appeared on my PC there are 3 images that are not showing up Has something changed on your end.

    Thanks for reporting. I was able to reproduce this problem. The file path of images on the actual email is incomplete causing this to happen.


    I have now raised this to our developers for a resolution.

    You will be informed here once this is fixed.

    This issue is fixed now. But you need add these images again and save your email templates.

    I just tried it again per your instructions I deleted and then added the images back into the template and saved. I then sent  a test E-mail and the images did not come thru. I even created a brand new template with images and those images didn't come thru either when I sent a test E-mail. 

    It appears that the problem has not been solved

    I did a quick test and confirmed it should be working now.

    Here's how I setup the Email Notification template. To ensure it's not caused by anything else, I only added a single image in the email body:

    And here's how the email looked like:

    We implore you to give it another try and re-add the image as instructed. If it still fails, can you tell us how you're inserting the image? There are 3 options to choose from:

    In order to make sure that nothing was interfering, I tried it again by creating 2 new Autoresponders  which only contain an image. Autoresponder 4 has an image which was added using the Recently Used option of the image insertion tool and Autoresponder 5 has an image which was added using the upload option of the image insertion tool. I then sent  test messages from each autoresponder and none of the graphics came thru. It appears as if the file path is still incorrect
