Our contracted web designer build several contact forms for our web site using jot forms and created a sub account for us to edit them.  Love jot form, want to continue to use it, and do not want to lose or forms or access if and when our web designer retires to Tahiti... or whatever.  Thanks, John

We are happy to know that you love our service. Since the forms are currently in the designer account, you may ask him to move the forms by following the steps in the option #3 from teh guide below:

    www.jotform.com/help/342-How-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account

We can also move the forms to your account. However, since we cannot move the forms without the owner's consent, it is required to make a request from the parent account so that we can proceed further. Once the forms are moved to your account, you can make the web designer account as a sub-account so that he can continue to manage your forms by logging into his account.

    Hope this information helps!
