Why are you stopping all my forms?

Once I registered in your Website there were all forms for FREE and I had the ones I have always used from you: 9 forms. It's like if you are using Gmail for 15 years and then now you must pay for still using your email.

You are not keeping your word "It's Free forever"

I did check your account and found that it is currently over quota because you have crossed the form views limits. Please note that in free account, you can only have 1000 form views and since you have exceeded this limit, that is the reason why your account is over quota and all your forms are disabled. 

Since your account is old account, you can enable "JotForm Footer" which will give you unlimited form views. Please check the screenshot below how to enable "JotForm Footer":

I crapped up my site by adding the footer advertising in order to get around the absolute asinine assumption that 1000 views is even as good as one form submission, and it still has me locked out. I used to love your form, but it just isn't worth the hassle anymore. I'll be changing them all to another solution. It really sucks =/ 

I have checked your account and it is active. Your forms were viewed only 12 times this month. 

I also saw that you have disabled JotForm Footer. You can enable/disable JotForm Footer at any time. If you reach your monthly form view limit, you can enable JotForm Footer to have unlimited form views and to prevent that your forms are disabled. Form view counter will be reset at first day of each month. After counter is reset you can disable JotForm Footer.

Other way to increase number of form views is to upgrade your account. more about different account types and limits you can find on our pricing page.
