    2. What are the benefits of connecting zoho with jotforms? (at the moment i am using zoho creator forms) Is it necessary?

    This depends on your current usage. If you are using JotForm forms to collect information and want to have the submission data send to Zoho CRM, then this integration will help you directly. You can check the JotForm-Zoho integration here: https://apps.jotform.com/app/zoho_crm_integration. 

    Alternatively, you can find it under "Settings"->"Integrations" page.
