For two separate forms of mine today I can't get the "thank you" screen to ever show up when a registration form is completed and "submit" has been clicked. It gets stuck in "please wait" mode, the submission is received by JotForm, but the person filling out the form doesn't know if it has gone through--they are stuck thinking they've done something wrong.

I have tested your embedded form twice and I successfully submitted your form both times.
Please test your embedded form again. If the issue still persist on your end, then re-embed your form with iFrame code. Inside of this guide you can find how to get iFrame code of your form:
