Considering that all of your forms were created before Form Limit was introduces, all 23 forms on your account are grandfathered and you do not need to reduce the number of your form to 5. However you will not be able to create new forms, unless you upgrade your account. More about different account types and limits you can find on our pricing page

I have also checked your account and I saw that it is autosuspended by our phishing system. Your account was suspended because of this forms:

Inside of this forms you are asking for user login credentials (password) and that is in violation of JotForm Terms of Use.

Phishing - You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately If a form is created or JotForm is found to be used to: Obtain credit cards sensitive information, get social security numbers, show content with child pornography. Or if a form was made to steal user login credentials. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the guilty forms will be suspended immediately.

I have deleted password fields from mentioned forms and I have activated your account.

If you have any other form that has password or any other field that is violating our terms of use I would suggest you to delete them to avoid that your account is suspended again.

    Ok

Question1: need to go back to 5 or if I cancel one form I can substitute with another and so keep 23?

Question2: about the Phishing document it was never really used properly so it's ok if you erased, but that was intended for people be able to watch film (no porn) nominated for an award so that they can vote on it ...so we can not use any password?

1: If you delete one form, you will not be able to create new form.

If you do not want to upgrade your account you will have to lowed the number of your active form to 4 if you want to create new form. You can achieve this by deleting, archiving or disabling your forms. However please note the you will not be able to activate them later.

If you want to create new form, I would suggest you do edit one of your existing forms. Delete all fields from the form that you are not using and then add new fields and you will basically have new form).

2: You can not use any password, because password fields are not allowed.

    Thank you

last clarification so you said "Considering that all of your forms were created before Form Limit was introduces, all 23 forms on your account are grandfathered and you do not need to reduce the number of your form to 5."

means that if I have more than 5 active and update a form without archiving or disabling and so keeping it active I will be able to have more than 5 active because my account is before the 5 form rule, correct?

and also the 10 padi submission or product (i guess is the same) apply to one form per month or to the sum of the all forms in the account?
