Özür dileriz. Sisteminizin şüpheli görünen ve hesabınızı otomatik olarak askıya aldığı bir ithal iletişim formu bulunduğunu fark ettim.

Formu kontrol ettim ama normal görünüyor ve hesabınızı yeniden etkinleştirdim, böylece hesabınızı kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz.

If I understood you correctly you are not able to login to your account. 

Your account kvgg is active. Email address of your account is same as email address you used to post this thread. You can login to your account with email address or with username. If you have forgot your password you can reset your password:

1. Go to jotform login page

2. Click on the login button on top

3. Click the "Forgot Password?" button

4. Provide your username or email, and click on send reset button.
