Quick question.  We have PAYPAL selected as a payment option.  When a user completes the form and presses submit and it launches PAYPAL.   At what point does the data transmit back to us as a completed form?  My question is, can someone cancel the transaction in PAYPAL, not make a payment and the form still transmit to us?

We want to make sure this does not happen.

    Hopefully my question is clear

    thanks

The way the PayPal payment integration works is that you receive the customer fills in your form, submits, redirects to PayPal to finalize, and you then receive the submission and payment.

If for some reason it doesn't function that way then this means either they left the form prematurely before paying to finalize it or you've changed something in the integration configurations to make it work differently such as sending an email to you regardless.

An example of this would be Incomplete Payments.
