We don't want to upgrade-can we delete a section of forms in order to not exceed our limit?

It appears the limit you're about to reach is the 100 Submission limit per month. Since this is a recurring limit on a monthly basis, you can't modify this counter.

It will always just count how many submissions you get per month and once you hit 100, your forms will be temporarily deactivated until you

1. EITHER upgrade

2. OR wait for the 1st day of the next month
