Account downgraded to free. Please help

    I upgraded our Feeding Tampa Bay account to the Silver package (invoice # above - paid by my credit card) but I continue to get emails saying that our account is now downgraded -  and now cancelled due to a lack of payment.  We have 10 users and lots of forms running on this so I would like confirmation that this account is up to date and in tact.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. The account was downgraded to Free due to the old subscription was canceled. Since you have already upgraded your account to Silver yearly subscription, I have activated changed the account status manually. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.
