We used to get an email telling us of a new submission at email@example.com. But this has stopped for some reason. I went into the settings and there was a message from you saying that this address has an issue with it and I had to change it. So i have changed this to firstname.lastname@example.org. I then tested this and forwarded a submission to me and i have still not had this come through?
Can you please check that our account is not on hold and and that the email i have changed it to is working your side.
Why are we still not getting notified of any submissions? Can you please help urgently.

I checked our logs and it looks like your address was in our bounce list but is not any longer. Emails should now attempt to send to both of your addresses.
If they continue to not be received, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
