I see that there is only one form in your account. However, there are no fields added to the form and no submissions as well. However, when I checked our records further I notice that you have two guest accounts having a form on each account. I have now moved the forms to your account and you should be able to view the submissions on the other form.

Just want to make sure that all future submissions will be displayed
normally, or do i need your input again to manually move them to the

editing is distorted (page keeps blinking). I can manage through the
Your forms are in your account now so you could view them including the submissions that they will receive, as long as you log into that account. I also see that you have three forms with the same title "Happy Yogi Mama", I strongly suggest that you at least edit the title of the duplicates so that it won't be confusing as to what is the actual live form you are using.
