Why does my response not include total $ paid?

    I checked your form and I can see that the email notification is not updated. As you can see, you only have 4 fields. It should be 5. Also, the last row should be "MyProducts" and not Crab Feed.

    I would recommend you to delete the current email notification and then create a new one. Creating a new one will automatically generate all form fields and sort them properly. Please refer to these guides:
