I was able to reproduce the issue with broken image links on emailed messages. A bug report ticket has been attached to this thread and escalated to our developers.
We will get back to you once the issue is fixed.

Hey there Smichaelhgoco,
We had this bug the other day but it was fixed today.
In order to get your images working, please add them to your email templates again and save them.
