Error in our form

    Hi Jotform Team,

    We are having an issue with a jot form contact form that is linked to our website. Our clients have been unable to contact us through your website because when they fill in the proposed wedding location in the form it pops up as an invalid email address and will not allow them to submit the form even though this bar is only asking for a location not an email address? 

    Please could you look into why this is happening.

    I have inspected your form and your Event Location field is actually email field. 

    You need to delete that fields and add regular Text box field instead. However please note that this will delete all associated data with that field. You can also hide that field and add new one using text field. Or you can download your data, before you delete mentioned field.
