This has been going on for 2 weeks now. Everytime I fill out the form to test it, I do not get the Autoresponder emails. I do get the Notification1 email though...

I see that the form is enabled with encryption and so you are not receiving the auto-responder. Since the form data is encrypted and it is required to have the private key in order to view the encrypted data, sending an auto-responder is disabled with encrypted forms. If you want to send the auto-responder, it is required to disable the form encryption.
