Conneting one form to four different lists of MailChimp

Hi Jotform-Team,

I am sorry that I have to ask again, but I just don't understand all your help until now.

I am going to describe my problem again, now using other words (sorry for my bad English, but I am German and English is not my mother language...)

Let's try it again:

I have a form, in which I lead the people through several questions. With it I segment them into 4 different buckets:

At the end of the form, the prospect has to fill in his email address. And then they have to send the "send" button. After pressing the button the following has to happen:

1. they are lead to an outcome page, which is created by wordpress. This works. I don't need help for that.

2. Simultaneously they should receive a specific email, that fits to their bucket.

I created 4 different email lists on MailChimp.

Now my problem is:

How do I connect the 4 lists of MailChimp with the 4 "send"-Buttons in Jotform.

Could you please be so kind to send me a description which shows me exactly, where I have to do what? And very important: where I find those functions?

To my current understanding, it seems to me that you mainly want to figure out how to connect your form with 4 lists in your MailChimp setup using our integration.

If it is easier for you to speak and understand things as you mentioned in german that would certainly be okay with us as we would be happy to respond that way.

The first thing is that our Mailchimp Integration only allows one list to be connected but, you can set it to use multiple groups if you'd like.

Additionally, if you are trying to do this in the same form then that would be a little more difficult unless you do something like using embedded forms to separate it across a few as an alternative.
