Only need account for 5 months per year - what options do I have?

I am a member of a not for profit AKC dog club that holds outdoor field events for all dogs during the months of May to October.  I have a free account now but the limit of 100 forms per month will not work for our two larger events in June and October.  At present the only option seems to be to upgrade to a $19/month account. Since we are on a very limited budget is there an option for accounts that are only needed for a few months in the year????
