Email with customer information reaches us w/html code

    Greetings,

    Our organization, www.nertamid.net, has set up forms to register for events. as registrations arrive, the emails are not just the enrollees' information. Instead it comes with unwanted code (see bottom for example).

    Please advise on how to turn off the code.

    I tested the clone of your form but I wasn't able to replicate this problem, my submission came normally. If the issue persists on your side, you can try to create a new Notifier and test if it comes normally:
