I'd like to have an email sent to my work account every time someone submits my form--it would be great if it was the total submission, but even just a notification would be great. If I can do that, where do I put in the information? Thanks so much for your help!

First, you need to create a notification email to your form. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
After that, add the email address you want to receive the notification email in the recipient tab. Here's a screen animation:
