All my forms are disabled

    Hi, Can you tell me why all my forms say disabled when the link is clicked? I upgraded my storage. Thanks.

    I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. I notice that one of your JotForms are collecting credit card information using plain text fields. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing. 

    If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely.

    Please confirm that you agree to our terms and agree to delete the guilty fields from the form so that we can activate your account.
