Account limit

    Hi, I received a mail to say that my account has exceeded the limit for upload and will be disabled, I would like to ask how would it be possible to continue using it without upgrading the account. I have since changed the form to avoid the large file uploads.

    I checked your account and I noticed that you have 112.71MB used up for the uploads on your form and it exceeds to the limit of the Free Plan which is 100MB only. 

    Please let me inform you that the available space limit which is 100MB is fixed and it doesn't reset monthly. So, I would suggest is to free up your space is by deleting submissions that has uploaded files on it.

    However, please make sure that you have a backup of your submissions before deleting them because deleting submissions will be permanently deleted also from our servers.

    Good morning. 

    I am getting very often during the week a message with this

    message "You have reached your Jotform API LIMIT" . 


    Can you please check with my account ? 


    I am sure i haven't and perhaps this could be a bug ?


    I have tested the online forms and i get to receive email correctly after

    submitting on any of our forms.
