Hi, I am having trouble editing the form elements in my jotform? I want to be able to delete and also add hyperlinks. I was able to edit the first multiple choice box and then it stopped working.

I'm able to replicate mentioned issue on my cloned form. I'm not able to edit form inside of Form Builder Version 4.

I will escalate this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

I was able to edit my cloned form in Version 3. For now I can only suggest you to try the same. You can switch back to Version 3 on settings page of your account.

It still is not working and I have tried multiple forms. Is there anything else to do?

Can you access my form and let me know what's going wrong?

This issue is still not resolved. One of our developers is assigned to this ticket. We will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolve.

However I have cloned your form again and this time I was able to edit it inside of Version 4. I was also able to edit and add new hyperlinks. I also noticed that your form looks differently and that checkbox options are edited.

Are you now able to edit your form? Is your issue resolved?

I did some additional tests on form that I originally cloned and that could not be edited in V4 and I noticed that you did not closed </a> tags of your hyperlinks.

Because of that form could not be edited in V4.

It seems that you have modified your form and that <a> tags are now closed on you form.

If you still have issues with your form, I would suggest you to double check your hyperlink closing tags and make sure that non of them is opened.

Also you do not need to place text that should not be hyperlinked within <a> tags.

    Example:

    <a>, Tasma Terrace</a>

Considering that this issue was related to hyperlinks that were not set correctly, I will cancel the ticket that was raised to our developers.

You can also check this guide for more info about hyperlinks:
