My form does not link to google sheet

My form does not link to google sheet, only to google drive since yesterday (2/23/2017)

it says it is fine in the settings page

I have manually pushed data to your spreadsheet. Can you please check if all submissions are now shown inside of your Spreadsheet. Also please test your form to see in new submissions are sent to your spreadsheet. 

If you still have issues, then please re-integrate your form with Google Spreadsheete. Remove current integration and integrate you form again.

How to Integrate Form with Google Spreadsheet

I have also tested Google Spreadsheet integration on my cloned form and it is working properly.
