hi. I need to create a very advanced conference enquiry form. the form would need to allow users to do the following:
enter "from" and "to" conference dates using a datepicker (also then calculate duration - (how many days of conference by using these fields. )
number of delegates attending
from and to dates (with datapicker) for accommodation. (also calculate number of days of the conference, as well as number of nights accommodation.
room options such as "single room", "double room" - and then calculate the costs.
then meal options need to become available dependant on the number of days of conferene, ie if duration of conference is 3 days, then 3 difference dates need to be shown on the form each with "drop down" options to choose a menu for the particular days, if the conference is only 2 days, then the menu option needs to only show twice.
the quote / enquiry form must then show:
15.06.12 - menu: A @ R65.00 per person
16.06.12 - menu C @ R90.00 per person.
at the end of the quote / enquiry the user needs to be able to submit the form, as well as be able to print / export pdf of the form on a report
is this all possible with Jotforms?
I have been searching for so long, and cannot find a form builder capable of all these features

Most of the field requirements mentioned are in JotForm.
What I would suggest that you do first though is to create an account in JotForm (Basic Free) to try out creating your form to better understand what are needed. You can also make use of the JotForm Template gallery to have an instant form.
