We have a paid account but our email keeps reverting back to bounce - is there a way of stopping this?

I did check our records and your email address marketing@bents.co.uk is no longer in our bounce list. Since you have already removed your email address from bounce list, I am unable to check the bounce reason.
You have configured your form's notification email alert correctly and you should receive submissions emails without any problem. I would also suggest you to please use your own email address with SMTP setting to send submission emails.
